Greenburgh Health Center is a community health center serving medically underserved residents of White Plains, Greenburgh, Elmsford and Port Chester. Their mission is to eliminate health disparities and provide a continuum of primary, specialist and preventive health care services to medically neglected populations. A significant number of Greenburgh’s patients are children and adolescents. In 2015, Greenburgh had over 6,800 patients under the age of 21.
Greenburgh Health Center is a divison of the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center Network.

CDF provided funds to purchase a vehicle to help ensure that children and families can make their health care appointments.
CDF provided a grant to launch Greenburgh's Pediatric Well-Baby Program. In 2016, over 400 babies were enrolled in the program.
CDF grant renovated the pediatric Children's Play Area and the Teaching Room at the Greenburgh Health Center.
CDF provided two nebulizers, three computers, dental equipment, one vision screener, one visual field screener, two tympanic devices and two broselow carts as part of Greenburgh's Early Intervention Pediatric Program.
