Hudson River HealthCare Inc is a not-for-profit delivering healthcare services to medically underserved populations in the Hudson Valley and Long Island. It has 43 primary care sites serving more than 152,000 patients through 660,000 visits annually in the ten-county region.
A number of pediatric and preventative care services are offered at care sites to meet the often-complex needs of diverse patient population. Programs target as well the needs of special populations like multi-challenged children, expectant mothers and high-risk adolescents. In 2015, 34,213 children under the 18 were patients at Hudson River HealthCare sites.
