Good health starts early. Babies need routine and consistent medical care in their first year of life. Well Baby visits are vital and provide immunizations, development assesment, early screening and education for good nutrition, safety and care – good health care habits that can last a life-time.

2017 to Greenburgh Health Center
CDF will help to expand Greenburgh’s well-baby program promoting preventative care and increased screening for developmental and physical issues for toddlers up to 4 years of age.

CDF provided funds to purchase a vehicle to help ensure that children and families can make their health care appointments.

2014 to Greenburgh Health Center
CDF provided a grant to launch Greenburgh's Pediatric Well-Baby Program. In 2016, over 400 babies were enrolled in the program.
