Open Door Family Medical Center is one of the largest providers of health care services to low-income patients in Westchester and Putnam Counties annually serving over 50,000 patients, of which 35% are children under the age of 19. Open Door operates medical centers at five locations, including Mount Kisco, Ossining, Port Chester, Sleepy Hollow and Brewster, as well as operates five school-based health centers and two mobile dental vans.
