Healthy Pregnancy

Healthy PregnancyCDF believes that good health begins early. We provide grants to community health organizations to promote healthy pregnancies, good birth outcomes, and enhance the knowledge and skills of infant care. Programs typically feature month-long classes in good nutrition and health, as well as infant care, nutrition and safety.

    CDF provided a grant to fund HRHC's 8-week prenatal program in six sites. The programs promoted healthier pregnancies, improved birth outcomes and enhanced baby care skills for 300 pregnant women.
