Open Door Family Medical Center is one of the largest providers of health care services to low-income patients in Westchester and Putnam Counties annually serving over 50,000 patients, of which 35% are children under the age of 19. Open Door operates medical centers at five locations, including Mount Kisco, Ossining, Port Chester, Sleepy Hollow and Brewster, as well as operates five school-based health centers and two mobile dental vans.
2026 - Monitoring and Care EquipmentCDF enabled the purchase of two Pediatric Spirometry Instrumetns, two Rolling ECG Assessments Carts, and two OAE Hearing Screenining Units.
2024 - Pediatric Treatment AreasCDF will fund the purchase of pediatric scales and growth measurement devices for treatment rooms in two health center buildings
2008 - Pediatric WellnessCDF gave funds for the creation of a pediatric suite at the Open Door Medical Center Mount Kisco location.
2006 - Pediatric WellnessCDF donated funds for the renovation of the Pediatric area at the Open Door Medical Center Port Chester location.
2003 - Pediatric WellnessCDF provided funds for the renovation of the first floor children's area at the Open Door Medical Center Ossining location.
