CDF Grants for Specialized Care

Facilities

CDF’s grants help to build facilites where children and adolescents with complex medical needs can receive the medical and rehabilitative care they need. Special consideration is given towards organizations that serve children who come from backgrounds of financial hardship.

Grant Awarded:
  • Childrens-Rehabilitation-Center 2012 to Children's Rehabilitation Center

    CDF grant renovated the changing room facilities at Children's Rehabilitation Center's Aquatic Therapy Center.

  • Elizabeth-Seton-Treatment-Rooms 2011 to Elizabeth Seton Children's Center

    Our two-year grant provided funding for two clinical treatment rooms at their Yonkers location. The treatment rooms serve an estimated 4,000 children per year.

  • Noogieland 2001 to Gilda's Club Westchester

    CDF provided funding to construct and equip "Noogieland", a teaching and play area at Gilda's Club Westchester.

  • 2000 to Richmond Community Services

    CDF provided a grant to build an adaptive "Playscape" playground.
